Purchase terms & Conditions

All prices listed include VAT.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This allows you to return unused items in exchange for a different size, color, or another product, or to receive a refund within 30 days of delivery.
For Christmas gifts, the 30-day period commences on Christmas Eve.
Unclaimed packages may incur a fee of 300 SEK.
We reserve the right to change prices. We are not responsible for any misprints, technical issues, or sold-out items.

We dispatch all shipments via DHL. (If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us.)
Delivery is made to your nearest pickup location. We aim to deliver within 1-5 working days from the date of your order. Some areas might not have daily delivery service, which could lead to extended delivery times.
If you wish to have the package delivered to a different service point, please specify this over the phone during checkout.
All packages remain available at the pickup location for 14 days before they are sent back.
If North Edge cannot deliver the entire order in one go, customers will only be charged a single shipping fee.
Should you notice any damage to the package before opening, report it immediately to the pickup location where you received your shipment. If damage is discovered later on, please reach out to our customer service.

You have the right to exchange items for a different size, color, product, or to receive a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. This is conditional upon the item and its packaging being unused and in their original condition. We only accept items that are undamaged, with the label intact and free from hair and dirt. While you are responsible for the return shipping costs, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the items back to you. Exchanging for a different size/color, or similar, is always free at Jägarliv.
Please be aware that once you receive the item, its condition is your responsibility. This includes ensuring its safe return and retaining responsibility until we receive the returned item.
You can settle the invoice or delay the due date with Klarna. Jägarliv does not take responsibility for late payment fees related to invoices. It might take up to 2 weeks for a return to reach us and be processed in our warehouse. In the event of an incorrect shipment or claim, we will cover the return shipping costs. If your return involves a used item or a claim, kindly get in touch with us first via phone or email. We will process credits for any returns once we have received the item. (Note: The shipping cost of 69 SEK is non-refundable.)
