
Terms & Conditions
- All listed prices include VAT.
- We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the option to return unused items for an exchange in size, color, or product—or to receive a refund—within 30 days from the delivery date.
- For Christmas gifts, the 30-day period begins on Christmas Eve.
- Unclaimed packages may be subject to a fee of 250 SEK.
- We reserve the right to change prices.
- We are not responsible for any misprints, technical issues, or out-of-stock items.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all orders via DHL. (If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us.)
- Delivery is made to your nearest service point.
- We aim to deliver within 1–5 business days from the order date. Some areas may not have daily delivery service, which could result in longer delivery times.
- If you would like your package delivered to a different service point, please contact customer service.
- All packages are available for pickup for 7 days before being returned to us
- If North Edge is unable to deliver your entire order at once, customers will only be charged one shipping fee.
- If you notice any damage to the package before opening it, report it immediately to the pickup location where you collected your shipment.
- If damage is discovered later, please contact our customer service.
Exchange / Claim / Return
- You have the right to exchange items for a different size, color, product, or receive a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. This is valid provided that the item and its packaging are unused and in their original condition.
- We only accept items that are undamaged, with tags intact, and free from hair and dirt.
- Exchanging for a different size/color or similar is always free of charge at North Edge.
- Please note that once you have received the item, you are responsible for its condition. This includes ensuring a safe return and maintaining responsibility until we have received the returned item.
- You can either pay the invoice or postpone the due date using Wally. North Edge is not responsible for any late fees related to invoices.
- Returns can take up to 2 weeks to reach us and be processed in our warehouse. In cases of incorrect delivery or approved claims, we cover the return shipping costs.
- If your return concerns a used item or a complaint, please contact us first via email.
- We will process refunds for returns as soon as we have received the item.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT (STATUTORY CLAIMS)
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to make a complaint about a product for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is original—meaning it existed at the time of delivery or appeared later but has its basis in an original defect.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A complaint made within two (2) months from when the defect was discovered is always considered to have been made in time.
The right of complaint does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, insufficient maintenance, external damage, or accidents.
In the event of an approved complaint, Northedge will cover the return shipping costs. We are entitled, in the first instance, to remedy the defect or replace the product with a new equivalent item. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.
